Jessica Diabo is an experienced client service professional with 10+ years of experience in building client relationships. She prides herself not only in developing incredible rapport with clients through problem solving and customer support, but also her passion for looking beyond the status-quo to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness across organizational systems and processes.
Jessica joins EVO as a remote employee working from Jacksonville, North Carolina, and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®). True to her operations background, you will be able to meet her virtually or may be lucky enough to catch her in person during her visits to the office.
Before joining EVO, Jessica worked as a Client Service Specialist for about three years for a financial firm based in North Carolina. Prior to her role as a Client Service Specialist, she worked in her hometown of Rochester, New York as a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant. Her combined experience with client coordination, scheduling, and operations led her to an easy transition to the financial world.
Outside of work, Jessica can be found spending time with her husband and daughter. She enjoys the outdoors, tent camping, or reading a great book.
